    Love this series so much! I added this one to my favorites. Loved the one leg squats at the end. My legs are definitely shaking now. Good thing I only went for a light ride on my horse this morning.

    I’m so grateful for your weekly workout schedules. I utilize all the different workouts each day depending on how I’m feeling. Sometimes I do the low impact, sometime beginners, sometimes advanced etc. Zuzka, I am so glad I became a member. This is one of the most comprehensive and detailed fitness programs out there. I appreciate all your hard work!!
