    Loved this the 2nd time around even better! My legs are happy. Wall sits are soooooooooooo good. I’m probably repeating myself from before but I can’t get enough of this series. Thank you Zuzka! Happy Day!

    Excellent thanks! I very much like the progressive warm up included. Sometimes I find dynamic warmups a bit difficult when no motivation. With this king of format no excuse 🙂

    So glad I pushed through and did this workout after work a 12 hour night shift. I was so sluggish and slow this AM but drank Zu’s preworkout drink then busted this workout out and kept up the whole time! Now I’m feeling energized and my mood has improved drastically!
