    My ballerina leg circles look nothing like Zuzka’s! At least I was doing this in the privacy of my own home…. Felt the first section the most, and used my heavy and x heavy bands together. Next time I might do an extra round of Section 2 instead of section 3 for a more intense workout, as I’m currently doing Callanetics on rest days, which includes barre work.

    191 cals, HR138/163 including buy in and buy out.

    Great effective low impact workout!! The wall sits are one of those movements that takes controlling the mind and telling the body I can do it!!

    Nice burn in my legs. Used my 45 and 30 lb kettlebell. Look forward to this series as I don’t have knee problems BUT I don’t want to develop issues either.

    Hi Zuzka, I enjoyed the Side to side squat with the PB & the Ballerina Backward slide lunge / Backward leg kick. It was a super nice routine! xoxo

    This was a beautiful low body workout. I enjoyed it as always. You come up with such amazing combos in all your workouts. Do you spend anytime practicing any new routines you come up with before taping a workout video? You are so creative Z😊
