    Great workout! This took me 19:24 including the buy out. Used my 20kg bell and 12 kg for fig 8’s. Part 3 #3 says 10/10 instead of 5/5 by the way just in case you want to change. Sx

    Good addition. I like to use these low impact workouts for my active rest days although this had more cardio than I was expecting! Like the other comment, I also like your new format at the top of each workout that lists body focus, fitness level and equipment. Please can you put all of your equipment under a separate heading at the top?

    This was perfect, Zuzka. So effective. I just love these low impact workouts. I did this yesterday. I used my 25 lbs KB for the medium KB exercises for the first round of part 2, but I felt that 45 lbs was the right amount of challenge, which I chose to use for all the exercises the 2nd round. Took me 19:30 total, with buy out included. This workout seriously worked out my legs and butt! I felt my butt soreness all day yesterday….definitely need to do some foam rolls. I love this so much that I want to do it again today, along with the 5 min workout today…..

    Really enjoying the low impact! Still burns like crazy, so feels awesome!

    I kinda wish that there would be short descriptions/videos of the different exercises in the intro part of the video (like in the old ZWOW workouts – there were a bunch of mini screens layered over the original video). Make sure it a lot easier to follow if you know what’s coming up next – especially for new exercise combos that are unfamiliar. As is now, I have to speed through the video to make sure I know how to do the exercises.

    I did 30 reps of swings, my beast is on the way! Yay! Can’t wait! It’s 24 kg, and it’s going to step my game up a lot!
    And I gave myself a book for Christmas, it arrived 3 days ago – yes, it’s 15 minutes to fit! And I love it! Such an inspiration! 🙂

    Really love this series. A lot of movements can be a challenge for me at this point (7 months pregnant and belly is HUGE), so its really nice to have a workout where everything is pretty doable. Motivation is also hard this time of year so a slower paced series is also appreciated. Then I don’t have any excuses!

    This Workout was freakin awesome !! I just love kettllbell always feel that I’ve had the best workout when I use the kettlebell used the 20kg throughout the kettle bell part definitely another favorite…. thanks Zuzka am drenched in sweat xoxoxo
