This workout goes into the category of really challenging workouts that we mark with a large X here in the ZGYM. The exercises themselves are quite basic and if you watch the workout breakdown video, I'm sure most of you will be able to do them just fine. The challenge is presented by the amount of repetition and the volume of moves that focus on the largest muscle groups in your body. Despite this workout being low in impact, it's high in cardio and you'll notice it will be hard for you to count your reps out loud.     I was not sure if you would repeat the last part again…I actually was kind of scared ๐Ÿ˜‰ ๐Ÿ˜‰ ๐Ÿ˜‰ This was max sweat, oh my godness ๐Ÿ˜‰
    I loved it..I did not think I can handle the deadlifts, but although my legs burned afterwards, I did it in your pace. Mark as fav!
    Oh..today in the office…I was at the copy machine, and thought by myself:: why not trying the pistols…and so I did…suddenly a colleague went by and saw me ๐Ÿ˜‰ kind of embaressing..but I can almost go down all the way ๐Ÿ˜‰

    I absolutely LOVE this series!!! Awesome sweaty routine…loved the slider routine. Eccentric lunges (step down) was super challenging. I went slow to focus on the controlled movement and top notch form. It was really, really HARD. Great workout Zuzka!!!

    This workout definitely got my heart rate way up. Awesome workout! I think my favorite part was the deadlift/squat combo. I’m partial to deadlifts.๐Ÿ™‚ Warmed up with 100 KB swings. I’m now at 2885 and will reach 3000 tomorrow.
