    Hey Zuzka, I don’t have access to a power band at the moment…. if I add a ten pound dumbbell to the abductions and go deep in the squats, is that enough resistance to make up for not having a band? or is there something else I can add as well?

    This is one of the best workouts I have done for my butt! And I have done for example Lifted Butt Series fully through many many times 🙂 And this particular workout from these series will be one that I will include into every week for some time! It is really great! All the best exercises for butt in one workout!

    Is it ok if I do “Stretch and Tone” workouts after these ones, instead of the regular Cool Down? Or are the yoga ones better? I’m kind of tired of the same cool down every day. Thanks! Awesome simple workout.

    Another favourite! Really like using the band section as a buy out after other workouts – great burn!

      Have been doing this regularly on rest days – just the band section using two heavy bands together. Very effective!

    one of my best workouts.just started starting using sliders which makes it more intense.better sore than sorry.
