Hi guys,

I had a lot of fun with this workout so I hope you will too. It's challenging for balance, which means that you will have to engage your core and engage even the tiny muscles you didn't know you had. Yoga to me means patience. It takes time to master those balancing exercises without feeling like you're about to fall. It's good to learn patience and it's good to work on our persistence. Yoga is not my strong suit, but I love the challenge and I love that I have so much room for improvement, because it means I can become better at something, and grow. Just because something doesn't come to us easily doesn't mean that we should give...     I’m in Lake Tahoe for the week on vacation and I took skiing lessons the past two days so I did this workout today for some recovery. It was great! It’s looking like it’s going to snow all day tomorrow so I will do a ZGym workout if I can’t go skiing.

    My balance and flexibility have improved so much in the last 3 months! I did this one again today and I felt so much more in control of every movement.
