    Hi Zu! I did this routine also today before going to bed. I realized that I have hardly followed Power Yoga series because I actually do not feel like doing it. I always practiced yoga and I do not like this mix of yoga with other exercises. In this video I can see clearly how much you changed in 2 years, your way of talking, behaving in front of camera, stretching, body…everything improved. Keep it up. The routine was ok…just wanted to stretch my back and arms little bit. See you, take care.

    Randomly decided to go back to this one today! Nice little stretch and heart raiser while pregnant. We have come so far in the Zgym but these old work outs still rock! 😎

    Hi Zuzka, The Donkey kick to chair squats were fun. For some reason, the Windmill makes me feel a bit dizzy ;-). Also, I did this after the Killer legs #10. I got a good burn as well with the chair squat hold & Crescent pose to knee up to Warrior 3. Great routine! xoxo

      Windmill makes me a little dizzy too. I have to be careful to focus on one spot on the floor–that helps me a lot

    Love your power yoga classes, Z! I practiced landing those donkey hops as quietly as possible to make sure I was engaging my core. 🙂
