    hi zuzka! Thank you for your workouts. I wanted to make a request.. could you either do the instruction for each move of the exercise before you get started at the beginning of the video, have a photo/gif of each move, or write out what each move is in the description?

    Im asking this because I’ve been running into this problem while following zgym…

    …. I work long hours and want to come home to a 15-30 minute workout, but im finding myself scrubbing through your video to find out what each move is. (example: I dont know what seated leg abduction…band..thing is…sorry on mobile device 🙂 ).

    Long story short.. its taking me more time to find out what the moves are and how to do them. I’m spending less time working out and more time figuring out what to do. Following you on the video isnt a question because the pacing is either way too fast or crazy slow for me (and i want to record my best time) :). Thanks again and Ive continued to enjoy the improvements with your site. ~take care ❤

      I’ve thought about suggesting the same thing for a while now. It would be so much easier to get a recap of each exercise in the introduction of the video and spend less time scrubbing back and forth searching for the instructional part of each exercise.
      I tend to follow along with the audio and find it so disrupting to have to stop in the middle of the workout, scrub back to the part where Zuzka explains the exercise, scrub back, and pick up where I left off. It’s even worse when internet connection is poor, once the video buffers it plays fine, but the scrubbing back and forth totally breaks it and I find myself having to refresh the page multiple times just to get to get to a certain spot in the video.

        I will be adding the workout breakdowns to new workouts. Please allow it to take place because I’m ahead with the content. I can try to add the workout breakdowns for this week’s workouts but I don’t want to promise anything because I’m already super busy, however, I hear you and I will totally include the workout breakdown videos.

    Zuzka have you done any research on exercises to improve Scoliosis? I have pretty severe Scoliosis which hinders my flexibility in some positions. I’ve heard that yoga and pilates can improve this. It would be amazing if you could do a Scoliosis series for people like me…if there are any others who would like this time of thing. 😉
