    Wow – I have to work on flexibility in 2017. I am not bad, but could be a lot better. Posture, flexibility and handstands= #2017goals

    I have a basic question – what does “engage your abs” mean? What should one feel? Is it the same as “engage your core”?

      Hi Aurora,
      If it helps, I like to think of it almost like bracing for a punch in the stomach. The whole midsection should feel pretty tight. It works for me : )

    2 weeks and 2 days after birth of baby boy and im super restless and exhausted. So I did bunny slope #1 today and followed Z. I haven’t done most of the bunny slopes. I feel like I could do more but because I haven’t been given the 6 week check up OKAY from my doctor yet I’ll just do one bunny slope a day (no full crunches, just leg lifts) until I can do more. I’m always checking out the new workouts. Im seriously super restless and anxious to workout again.

      I remember those days Dawn. I would put the baby in the stroller and go for long walks until I was able to do more intense workouts. Congratulations on your new baby boy!

        Thank you! 🙂 I would love to go for long walks. I feel so cooped up right now. But it’s absolutely freezing cold outside here in Michigan so we’re stuck indoors for now. I can’t wait until spring!!

    just not able to do the 12. Seated forward bend / pancake walk…hurts so bad the back of my legs, behind the knees… 🙁

    Ahhhhh this felt amazing! I can not for the life of me get my leg fully wrapped around my other leg in the eagle pose! Same thing with my arms. I look ridiculous but the stretch feels good and I’ll keep working on it! Thanks for all you do Zuzka! Happy Day!

      I used not be able to wrap either, but there are kinesilogical stretchs specific for the eagle pose that really help.
