    This was by far my favorite stretch and tone routine: loved the splits, the forward slide and leg raises. I missed yesterday so I did the leg workout before. This was a great compliment.

    PS. I miss seeing the full size photographs that you use for the thumbnails when we click to go to the workout page. Bring them back? I just admire everything about the artistry (and beautiful subject material) of the photos! Thanks!

    My butt needs the foam roller! I enjoyed the entry into front splits. I also need to spend a little more time in reclining hero/frog. My ankles need it. I love this series.

    Just finished and I feel relaxed. The knee sit with hands over my head needs work. My knees are telling me not to go any further! They won’t let me go any futher down. Knee sit is and always have been a problem for me. But I try anyway. Like a Z warrier!
