    Hello Zuzka,

    I have been enjoying the workouts on the schedule, but I would like the possibility to have an schedule for advance people If possible. I noticed for example that Wednesday is stretching and Thursday is jump rope for beginners, I can always create my own schedule but sometimes I do not have time. Additionally, i like the new challenges that you bring each time. It was really useful when you had the additional work out suggestion.

      yes, I agree! It’s really gone toward beginners lately and I’m missing the more advanced style it always used to be. =(

    great workout the super girl lift is hard. Love the series combination of pilates and barre zuzka style. Love it.

    Just the perfect amount of talking
    I Love that there is no music that allows me to really get into what I am doing and not have any distractions. I know some people cant work out with out music but they can always add their choice o fmusic if they want to. Also everyones music taste is different. Your work outs are the best I have done. I see myself impoiving quicker than with any other workouts I have done before. You know the secret of intense but short… a great combo… thank you again

    Great stretch! I too am very stiff after the lower body yesterday but hope this stretch will help with some of that. Thanks!
