    Hey Zuzka, what would be your recommendation if I get a lot of neck pain when I try the wall back bend? I almost feel like if I let me neck go it would pop right off!! Feels very tight down the front of my neck as well

    This was my first stretch and I had no idea I was so tight everywhere. I hope these workouts will loosen me up a bit.awesome stretch routine. 💪🏽🤸🏽‍♀️

    Zuzka, I did the frog on the wall … and my vagina farts … SMH … in front of people at gym SMH … Each time I stretch my vagina farts, what do I do ??? hahaha

      Lol that happened to me once in a aerial yoga class with the sling while hanging upside down! Don’t know for sure the solution but I think it might be the pelvic floor too relaxed. Exhale and contract your core and pelvic muscles when you first invert. Then focus on keeping your core and pelvis engaged while still stretching the other muscles. And then there’s always kegels! Best of luck haha
