    Hi Zuzka, the wall sit abd /verticle arm scissors & the Kneeling hip abduction / down dog were kind intense ( I’m still sore from the benchmark wo)! I loved the Ballerina leg lift / wall supported side bend! It was a super nice routine! Thank you! xoxo

    I miss stretching, since I started postural therapy, I don’t feel confident doing stretching as it feels like I am not controlling my muscles and position as much.
    I feel I am regressing therefore.
    any advise on how to not loose it and still practice stretching though hip rotation issues?

    That was one of my favorites in this series! Today is my 39th birthday and I just started the day doing wheel pose, almost full splits, and handstand practice. Thank you, Zuzka for helping me age like a boss! : )

      Happy Birthday!
      I’m 39 also, and with these workouts I feel like I can do things that I couldn’t in my teens and twenties. It’s pretty darn cool to be approaching 40 and be able to do handstands, and wheel poses. I can’t do the full splits (not even close), but I haven’t really been practicing those. However, the strength and flexibility and endurance that I’ve gained since starting these workouts make me feel like I’m still in my 20’s. So grateful for Zuzka and what she does.

    This was an awesome workout today. Fabulous combination of strength and flexibility. The super intense stuff was short-lived, but awesome. Love ❤️ this one! Thanks so much!
    Bonus: 💯 KB Swings (30lbsx15, 45lbsx35 – 2 sets), 15/15 Ballerina Sumo Squat with 45lb KB – 2 sets.

    I think this one was my favorite from all the ones I’ve done from this series. Loved it! Before doing this workout, I did 110 KB swings, a few minutes jump rope (singles, high knees, and jacks), 7 sets of pull ups, and 5 rounds of headstand. 🙂 And rode my horse earlier of course!
