    Hi Zuzka, I’m still sore from the 15min.FB #12, my butt & thighs especially. So, the slide side deep lunges were so intense! Anyways, it was a nice S&T routine. Thank you! xoxo

    This workout is purely awesome. I love all the moves, especially the dancer’s pose and the splits on the wall (which I used to pratice a long time ago).
    You’re putting together amazing workouts. I was afraid to do the wheel push ups but I decided to give it a try and was surprised to be able to do them 😀
    Thank you for all the work you’re doing. It might not be easy all the time. You’re motivating me a lot and I thank you for that. You’re such an inspiration!

    Zuzka, I can’t thank you enough for those awesome workouts. Thanks to you I finally live pretty much pain-free. I have a reversed neck curve, which causes a lot of tension and stiffness in the neck and upper back muscles (and I’m only 28). I couldn’t even do the plow pose. After just 2 months, I finally go all the way into it, rocking not only the plow, but also the wheel pose. My neck feels flexible and rested throughout the day. As a skinny person, I also noticed my body composition changing a whole lot. I’m getting a lot thicker thighs, and my butt lifted and rounded so much that my favorite panties don’t fit anymore, haha!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!!

    Thank you! Nice to get a easier workout after the last couple of days. I did still feel burning legs. I love the mix you have on the different workouts. Dancers pose was new for me. Fun! Maybe you have it already, but I would love to have a workout including L-sit, since I’m working on that after a bet with a friend.
