I have been so sore since Black Diamond and two Summer Shreds. This was my favourite so far of the stretch and tones! Or maybe I just needed it that badly 🙂 The Warrior poses were tough!

Felt really sore after the summer shred workout so this felt good. I cannot do the splits I’m working towards it that is a goal. I love the z gym, I do more at home than I ever did going to a so-called traditional gym. I work hard, it helps with your total guidance. I feel so accomplished since I joined the gym a month ago. Thank you and those who help you provide this service.

as much as I tried the warrior 3 just strained my lower back I did it in front of a mirror to make sure i was doing it in proper form but for some reason still strained it. Also, am I the only one who feels like the plow just feels like anything but a stretch…i dunno Zuzka makes it look so easy. I can never really relax into it and when we have to get out of it to the forward bend I cant get both of my legs to swing back at the same time. My goal is to work on my overall flexibility and I need to start from stretch and tone #1 i guess 🙁
