    Oh my God! Dirty feet, how could you? Thats what I like about your workouts, the personal touch. In yesterday’s Summer Shred 21X you changed your shoes while the camera was running. Those little human touches I like. The high knees and kettelbell swings were a little confusing though. You did 30 sec. high knees and apx. 20 kettelbell swings x3. I did not understand what was written in the workout breakdown. 10/30 x 6 ( 4 min. ) ? I hope you are well. Thank you so much Zuzana.
