I've got a real treat for you guys. I always feel like a member of the Spanish Inquisition, when I'm putting together the Summer Shred workouts, as they also knew there are countless ways to cause a pain. This is a good pain though. Anything that makes your muscles scream is a good pain. The only thing to be aware of is any back or joint pain of course. If that ever occurs, you need to stop and either fix your form or switch to one of the postural therapy routines to fix the problem. I have to knock on the wood, ever since I've been doing the postural therapy routines on a regular basis, my back and all of my joints have been pain free and happy.     I absolutely love this series Zuzka! Thanks for getting us into our best shape for summer! Ready for the next one!! Happy Day! PS. The buy in was brutal and I had to go down to 10 lb dumbells for the sit ups (thanks for the tip)

    This one was super challenging but probably my favorite of the series. The buy in was brutal, those DBUs killed me and I wasn’t sure I could make it through the rest. I really liked the dragon hold and had no problem with that but the rocky sit ups got me, reduced to 10lb DBs then went down to 5. Overall a great workout, thanks Z!

    Have a question. My feet get a numbing sensation sometimes in the middle of the workout any idea why? I have good fitting shoes, doesn’t happen all the time but did with this workout. Anyone have a clue?

    Feeling the burn in the legs for sure. My jump rope skills are very slowly coming back to me, nothing fancy yet, but trying. I am thinking maybe I have the rope too long…any hot tips on proper length, anyone? I used my 10 lb dumbells for the Rocky’s and that felt just right. A 20 lb dumbbell substituted for a kettlebell. Sweating bullets. Thanks for another great challenge!

    This was one of my favorites in this series, killer wo!! Tried to start with 15 lb for rocky situps and the next down I have is 8 lb so I went to that for the rest. My arms are so fatigued, don’t even want to type!!! Loving the dragon hold! This was awesome, thanks as always for killing me today😜😅
