I just finished this workout. What year is it? I watched the time on my phone in panic when I was about half way through the last part. It took me so long to complete it and boy did I have thoughts in my head telling me to give up or do easier modifications to make it easier for myself. Of course! I feel the same way as you. I too feel like I'm about to wuss out or vomit. Luckily I have a split personality so I also hear the voice of the hero.     Nice! Love it when you post early, what an unexpected treat πŸ™‚ Gonna watch this before heading to bed so I can dream about the torture for the morning!

    Wow, Zuzka you are a divebomber demon!! So glad I didn’t do this at 5am this morning this kind of torture needs a stronger stomach, perfect way to cap off the evening though. Lord my arms are done! Super excited to push for 100 reps with the 60# KB and finished in 4mins, the cardio was amazing and just flew by, used a 15lb db for the reverse burpees and loved every second & sweated/grunted πŸ˜‰ out every divebomber which totally kicked my ass! Post workout endorphins carry me away from all the pain of the last 24 minutes… πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

      Hello πŸ˜‰ Did the same…looked at the Video before I went to bed…drinking my coffee now and after that this is going to be my first workout of two today. I’ll problably do one of the LBS series… ;)What weight of the KB did you use?

        Love knowing the workout for the morning, like waking up to a gift πŸ™‚ I used a 60# KB for the swings. Wow that’s a solid workout paired with an LBS, good for you! I love those and the KL series! Which one did you end up doing?

          I actually ended up not doing a second WO. πŸ™‚ I just had no strenth at all. My arms..oh my goodness. I am sooo sore today from yesterdays workout..the Dive Bombers totally killed me..my shoulders, especially my tricepsm my back..I am sore everywhere except by butt πŸ˜‰ But thats the part I wish I would be sore more often..It’s not happening that often anymore..So from now on, I will also write down in my journal which parts of my body I felt sore the next day! I wish so much for the new Bikini butt Series to start next week..summer time is past the halfe here in Austria…and I hope my butt gets soooo sore from every single one πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜‰ I am about to do the Fit Slide #6 now.

      I agree. I wanted to give up at the end of this workout until Zuzka mentioned we should remember what our soldiers go through. I lost my cousin in Iraq, and the minute I thought of what he went through, I had a surge of energy and blasted through the remainder of the workout. It certainly puts things into perspective.
      On a much lighter note, I laughed out loud when she said at the end just ten more dive bombers and “that other crazy thing”! πŸ˜‚ Awesome workout Zuzka!!!

    I made it!!! What an amazing mental victory as well as a physical one when I (not advanced) do something that seems out of my reach at first. Love how you share your own thoughts midway.

    what option do you suggest to replace/modify the weighted reverse get-up in part 3? I can’t stand-up without putting my hand on the ground, so I can’t handle to carry a weight at same time.
    I thought maybe a toe touch (to still work abs), then stand-up, grab the DB and do the jump-up.

    EDIT: so I did the workout exactly as presented by Z, except I had to put the DB down in order to get-up. I alternated to get-up using my right hand and left hand and that provided a nice spinal twist too! I was surprised that I was able to do so many of this move…though it was a killing 35min!

        the reverse squat is killing me. I lack (yet) the shoulder flexibility to do it with a weight. I am working on it with kinesiological stretching.

          Just stay consistent Laila! It’ll come, those weighted burpees took me awhile to get too..I used to modify by doing them without weights until I gained the flexibility.

            kinesiological stretching has helped me a lot already since January. I eventually could progress down my way towards the floors with my heels, but these are very strong areas and I think it would take me at least one year…so I am halfway through.

        OMG No baby yet? How are you??? My sister had hers a month early and just took him home after 2 weeks in NICU. He was perfect and healthy, just early because she had complications and was forced to bed rest.

          Glad to hear your sister and her baby are back home safe and sound, hope they’re both doing well. I’m fine thanks, really keeping my fingers crossed for an uncomplicated water birth very soon. Melting in a heatwave here though, hope it cools down soon!

      I have that same problem too about not able to get up without using your hands with the reverse burpees. I have a bosu ball so I roll back on that and get up easily with the weight.

    I can’t believe I managed it…Did the first 65 Beast swings in one go, then had two very short breaks. I wan’t in my comfort zone at the end but just focused on finishing…Great workout, thanks

          I am mostly swiss (born and grown-up until late 20’s, and still working there), but my Dad is French and I live in France now, so I am close to being half-half πŸ™‚
          I cross the border several times a week, it is common thing in the area.
