I just finished this workout. What year is it? I watched the time on my phone in panic when I was about half way through the last part. It took me so long to complete it and boy did I have thoughts in my head telling me to give up or do easier modifications to make it easier for myself. Of course! I feel the same way as you.     21:45 Almost shaved 4 full minutes from my time. This is a really good shoulder workout.

    THis was so so hard. I still only have a 26 lb kb, so I did 200 swings in the time that you did 100 with the 44 lb. Then I used a 15 lb. dumbell for the burpees. The bird dog and dive bombers were SO HARD. I am dripping. thanks Z.

    Hi Zuzka, those bird dogs were so intense. The last two sets of p3, 10/12- 10/10, I was a bit faster on the weighted reverse squat ( I used a 15lb DB) but the last 10 Dive Bombers were hard, my arms were on fireee!!! SUPER awesome SShred. Loved it! xoxo

    P.S: I did JR DBUs instead of HK :-)! <3
