    Zuzka, I love love LOVE that you incorporate chinups in your workouts, and I notice you’re slowly making the chinup portions harder (more reps per set.) Please keep it up! I love them and want to get stronger at them … but sometimes I need the push :)))

    OMG first time doing this workout …wow ….had to modified here and there
    Did chin ups and pull ups with assistance band and after 3 sets of those i did the knee raises, but I will work on my pull ups
    Plank holds…sounds so simple right?
    Zuzka you did it again! Great workout . Keep up the good work

    Did this after a spin bike warm up and it was so hard! I still don’t have the ability to hold planks the whole 4 times through since having baby! I did get better than last time! Thanks again!

    Once again this wo was SO good! I had to skip two days of wo’s and was feeling sluggish today but got through it and did better on the walls sits this time around. I was able to do them 100% with you. Thanks so much Zuzka! Happy Day!

    Omg this was awesome! Love how you changed it up from the last few Summer shred workouts! My quads were cramping so bad at the end!!!!

    Wow! So awesome workout! My last time was 17:45 my time is 16:05! I haven’t beat my result lately, and it’s probably my first very good step forward.
    I love this series. There are too much cardio and strength that I can get. Wall sit killed my quads. 😀 I had to pause video one more time having extra rest.
