    So happy to revisit this Summer Shred with my 40lb KB. 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 Last time I used my 30lb and felt my heart rate and strength wasn’t challenged enough. Thank You Zuzka for these amazing workouts. My overall fitness level has much improved 😃

    Just did parts 1 and 2 for a short bonus workout. Did heavy kb swings instead of jump lunges – went at Z’s pace but next time I could probably manage 5 more swings each time, and another round for part 2. Used 16kg for part 2.

    Part 1: 52 cals, hr142/160
    Part 2: 17 cals, hr118/136.
