Summer Shred #22 X

 | 87 Comments | Summer Shred Series

This workout was really brutal for me. The first part will target your core so hard, that you’ll think your abs are on fire. Great work out! Used only the 26pd KB throughout but still left me KO! I’ll mark it as a favorite for when I want a super shredding workout 🙂

Dear Z, like seriously, if you were here I would kiss your toes for cutting the double knee tuck burpees to five 😀 I was like … omg!!!! My abs were dying after 1st round 😀 I also could not go with the scissors 😀 You were saying “gooo” and I was laughing like crazy cause you were nearly laughing too as you could not go 😀
this workout was certainly a lot of fun 😀 and I also loved your comments about listening to your body before the last set of the last round. Thank you 🙂

Whoa! This one had me sweating in minute 4! I couldn’t do this Tuesday because I had a group run, so I decided to do this one today after IMF yesterday….not sure if it was a good choice or not! Lol. Another incredible workout! I think I might have quit if you hadn’t cut the burpees to 5 lol. I just got my sliders and am not all that coordinated with them yet. Pretty sure I put on a funny show for the guys working out next to me. Hopefully, I will get better with them soon because they are a killer!

I finally got the chance to do this workout and now I can’t wait to do it again! It was so much fun and very intense. A great balance of upper and lower body as well as core, strength, and cardio. Lots of variety, I never got bored, but it was very challenging. Thank you so much for continuing to provide such an incredible variety of workouts, fun content, nutritional insight and recipes, proper technique tips..you never cease to amaze me. I’ve been a fan for 9 years now!
