Your form should always be your biggest concern. If I was coaching you one on one, I would never push you beyond your limits to make your form suffer. I would always make sure to remind you to fix your form even if it means to take a break in the middle of a set. When it comes to intensity you should always be as close to the upper line of your limit as possible without actually crossing it. Play music that motivates you so you can really push yourself, but focus on your form, and have fun with... [more]

I was so scared to do this workout again! Last time I had a hard time for the over head sit ups and for the over head press and I was disappointed that I had to lower the weights for these two exercises. So I was afraid I’d end up having to do the same again. But… Today I was able to increase the weights for these two exercises and I still managed to beat my personnal best by completing the workout in 20 minute. I am so happy about the progress, it is starting my day off amazingly well ☺️ Have a nice weekend everyone!

Beat my personal best by about 2.30 minutes, upped my weights for the sit ups but went from 25 to 20 for the presses. But feeling good today, will try for the 25 lb kb again next time.

Thank you again for always kicking my ass!!!!

Definately felt better this time. I was able to do the overheads with my right arm without assisting myself. Left arm still needed help. Loved this wo even better this time Zuzka! I’m heading to Arizona today. Going to do a ton of hiking. Love that I feel fit enough to take that on with confidence! Thanks to your wo’s and all you do for us! Happy Day!

I added an extra set at the top of the ladder (30 swings), to make 100 kb swings, and I changed high knees to double unders with one jump between. My light kb is 14 kg so I used two 6kg dbs for the abs in part 1, but used my 14kg for the final part, but held it in goblet squat position rather than in the rack for the squats which made it a bit easier and meant that I could do all of the presses. Great routine!

Phew. Glad that’s done! I used a 40 something lb sandbag as kettlebell and only had 20 lb dumbells for the lighter one, so did extras: 14 reps on sit ups and 4 reps on the over head lifts.Great workout, it hit everything I needed! Aloha everyone!

Back after 3 weeks away in the UK. Suffering from jet lag big time everything is a huuuuge effort – took 27mins with 20kg and 12kg bell. Great workout. x
