If you guys are doing my workouts daily, you have probably noticed that I have been wearing shoes less and less for my training. It is way healthier to walk and exercise barefooted so if you’ve been wondering what type of athletic sneakers would be best for you - the answer is none. I only make exception for rope jumping because it really hurts if you smack your bare foot with a thin, hard cable, that’s spinning at a really high speed.
