People always ask me if I lift heavy weights and most of them don’t believe that all I do is my ZGYM workouts. I always say that I don’t ever go to the gym - which is true, and that I don’t lift heavy - which is not exactly true. As you’ll see in this workout, I actually do lift heavy weights. My 44lb Beast is a heavy kettlebell and even though I don’t lift it over my head, I do use it quite often for strengthening my glutes and legs. If you want these workouts to work for you, you have to make sure that you’re using the right weight for you.

The best KB for your lower body training is one that you can swing for 20 reps, but you should feel like you’re really pushing your limits. The best KB for your upper body training is one that you can press overhead for 3-5 reps... [more]

Shaking! Got through it all and gained a couple of minutes on Z! However…my kb was 40 and my deadlift squat was 20 lb sandbag on my shoulders, so I skipped the deadlifting that aggravates my lower back and just did the deep squats. I used 20 for all the abductions. Loved the grand finale sequence at the end! PHEW! 6:30am and it’s done.

Awesome upper body workout! I loved it. 🙂 If your team can do this, could they create a feature to allow users to create sub folders in Favorites that users can name? I am sure that is not as easy as it sounds to me. haha. If it is possible I think it would be a great addition so users can have their own favorite categories (iE: upper body, cardio fav, lower body, etc.) Thank you for all of your amazing content and your team who keeps this site up and running!!

wow this was great i liked the different exercises put together. I had a really hard time with the first exercise wall jumps my quads were killing me i had to go super slow but then i decided to go fast instead just to get it done and my quads didn’t hurt as much…. sort of strange. I think they were sore from yesterdays work out too.
A great work out once again thank you Zuzka.

That was killer! That first combo was super challenging… I know that my form wasn’t great, limited range of motion in my shoulders makes it very difficult to align my hips over my shoulders. I need to videotape myself to see how far off I am. 🤔

Any recommendations on how to improve weight bearing overhead capacity? I know my handstands and wheel poses would improve significantly if I could just find a way to improve my range of motion and flexibility??
