People always ask me if I lift heavy weights and most of them don’t believe that all I do is my ZGYM workouts. I always say that I don’t ever go to the gym - which is true, and that I don’t lift heavy - which is not exactly true. As you’ll see in this workout, I actually do lift heavy weights. My 44lb Beast is a heavy kettlebell and even though I don’t lift it over my head, I do use it quite often for strengthening my glutes and legs. If you want these workouts to work for you, you have to make sure that you’re using the right weight for you.

    I could keep up! Yay! 😀 love this one. Brutal. Not least because I used 44 and 31 lb kettlebells.
