The plank exercise in this workout is going to feel really hard, but I don't want you to rush through it. Make sure to focus on proper form so that you get the most out of it, and build strong abs without ruining your posture or injuring yourself. Always cool down and stretch after these workouts, and if you're having any stiffness or pains, then pick one of the Postural Therapy routines related to your problem, and add them to your daily workout program.
