Summer Shred #5 X

The plank exercise in this workout is going to feel really hard, but I don't want you to rush through it. Make sure to focus on proper form so that you get the most out of it, and build strong abs without ruining your posture or injuring yourself. Always cool down and stretch after these workouts, and if you're having any stiffness or pains, then pick one of the Postural Therapy routines related to your problem, and add them to your daily workout program. Have fun!!

P.S. I hope you're supporting your training with proper diet, now that you're trying to get best results for the contest :) share in the comments what your diet looks like so that we can all learn from each... [more]

Doing this series for the first time. I’m still at an intermediate level and the plank kicks to leg lifts were hard for me. I had to split them up after round 2 and just do plank kicks on each side and then do the leg lifts on each side. But I finished everything. So I’m making progress. Great workout for me. Thanks Zuzka for putting in the time to create these great workouts.

Apparently my left leg is heavier than my right leg! LOL! I had to do the planks on my elbows due to some lat/shoulder issues. But it was still challenging.

Haha my right is heavier than my left!! I really realized how much weaker my one hip is than the other. I really should balance that out somehow 🙂

Z that was very brutal and I soooo procrastinated doing it but I got through and am better for it! I did the last 5 jump lunges too 🙂

Added ankle weights & Dumbell to side plank…opened up to side plank T. Plus jumping rope with ankle weights added the killer bonus:) fabulous circuit!

I did this now my 6.th time, I can not believe it. I loved now long enough! Never do this again…or maybe just once. The last time, and then I can do it like you, without any breaks! In between I was sometimes faster than you, but then I needed a little breal after every round.

pumped to be back on SH series. Skipped the last round as I am still ramping up my game and want to be able to workout tomorrow 🙂
tabata on the menu at the gym (battle rope, kickboxing, sandbag) to compliment the 5 min bonus, if I can make it:)
