    Did this in the afternoon after work before housecleaning. Only did one round but added 6lb vest. Kept my same modifications as in above post but omitted ball for transformers. I also added 2 extra sets of handstand holds. I do not always add vest but really want to improve pull strength and shoulder for handstands, so i just did one round and took it slow. Warmed up with 10 min of kettlebell work and now will do some intense stretch. I did Body Crush #19 with 6lb vest this morning before work. I don’t normally do two workout 2X a day but i really want to focus this in 3 times a week so i went very slow for strength.

    thank yo for this series! i can’t do pull-ups and could not do a minute plank hold. hopefully this will be changing as i saw some improvements already between #1 and #2 in this series. maybe someday i will do an unassisted pull-up!

    Love this one for a Sunday bonus! Just got my pull-up bar and assist band. I thought maybe I should’ve gotten a heavier assist band but it’s perfect for one rep at a time and leaves plenty of room to improve! I’ll try this workout again soon without following along and see how fast I can get through 2 rounds 🙂

      Oh and it came in the mail the day my husband left town for 2 days and normally I would’ve had him put it together thinking I’m not capable but I was inspired by your ability and confidence to put your big pull-up equipment together. He was impressed when he saw it all put together when he got home! You’re truly an inspiration in more ways than you know Z!

        Good for you! When I got my pull-up bar a few weeks ago, I put it up myself, too. I just couldn’t wait to try it out, so I had to figure it out myself rather than waiting for hubby to get home and put it up for me. I love having it and love this upper body and abs basics series. I practice pull-ups several times a week. They make me feel like a warrior!
