    This morning I had to wake up at 4am in order to have time to do my workout today and even though my brain thought it was way too early, motivation kicked in and I had absolutely no trouble to warm up and workout! Although I feel like it was perhaps more challenging for my body since every single rep was really tough on all my muscles hahaha I loved it, even if I am able to do the Upper Body & Abs Inferno series, this one is also very challenging. The exercices are simple but also super effective. Have a wonderful day everyone ☺

    I’m loving this series, it’s basics but not as easy, some modifications to make it harder and it’s perfect!

    I do this series without any of those easier modifications like pull up with assistant band or knee push up. I do just pull ups, push up and it’s sooo hard and awesome! This way I get as always an awesome hard workout!

    I have just stumbled across zuzka light, I follow keira lashae but wanted something else, more high intensity, i was actually just scrolling down looking for good cardio and jump rope when this energetic blonde with a beautiful accent appeared, i was intrigued immediatly and I am hooked i will start next week to incoporate in to my training sessions all of these excercises, there are so many i will never get bored..
    I also love how descriptive her meal plans are, here and on youtube making it easy to follow, I want this, I need this, I know it will be hard but I accept the challenge….
    I had a C section with my last baby and I am battling to get my abs back, during the surgery the white line that holds the abs together was torn and I almost gave up. But I am totally inspired by zuzka she has a clean fresh attitude and I will not be defeated I will train even harder than I am now with some short high intensity excercises and get back to where I used to be…

      ri_ri – you’re on the right track here, for sure!
      I find that writing down her routines and taking them outside on my walk/runs when the weather’s warmer, is an excellent way to keep me motivated. Others see me and enjoy what they see, motivating them, too!
      Z’s routines keep “bored” and “boring” in the past – LOST in the past! 🙂
      I wish you well and am proud of you for not letting anything make you feel that you can’t do SOMETHING to help get your strength and tone back.
      and if it helps, I haven’t had a body to be proud of until I started doing Z’s routines since about 2009. I’ll be 55 this year, and finally, I have a defined and strong body. YOU can do it, too!

    42 reps, doing regular push-ups and leg raises as modifications. This was tough after 5 days of no exercise, and recovering from a bad cold/fever. Now for some nice stretching and toning.

    Such great series. I’m already feeling stronger and able to do more assisted pull ups than before. I try to do regular push ups as well but from time to time I fall into the easier mofications. Thanks Zuz. I’m feeling great about this and I’m always eager to see what other workout I could do. I definetely looooove the Z-gym
