    how do you count 78 reps for one round?? I get 36 (20+10+4+2)

      Yeah i was just counting 60 by the way she counted. 24 reps total for the pull ups and pike press (instead of just 4 for the sets) but only 6 reps for the hanging knee raises. 10+20+24+6 = 60.

      It looks like this time Zuzka counted all the individual reps within each set, rather than counting the entire set.

      Push-up/plank row = 10 reps

      Scissors 20 reps.

      Assisted Pull Up (x3) / Pike Press (x3) x 4= 24 total reps.

      Hanging Knee Raises (x6) / Kneeling Push Up (x6) x 2= 24 total reps.

      Hi Laila…:) she is considering each rep and not the set as she uses to consider so it is:

      1-10 reps
      2-20 reps
      3-3+3 x4=24 reps
      4-6+6 x2=24 reps
      Total: 78 reps

    Nice wo, I hated while doing it and love it afterwards. I counted 78 reps 10 + 20 + 24 ((3+3) *4)+ 24 ((6+6)*2) She missed one set and a half of the fift combo in the first round.

    Hi Zu and friends…workout done along with last abs basics #5. As I did both workouts back to back, I changed few repeated exercises. Good intermediate workout. See you and take care.

    Exercises- 1st round: 4- Russian twists (10x) (with db)/Pike Press (x3) 2x, sit-ups (5x) (with db overhead)/pike press (3x) 2x, 5-Hanging leg raises (straight 90 degrees) (x6) / Kneeling Diamond push-ups (x6) x 2
    2nd round: 4- squat db overhead twist (10x)/pike press (3x) 1x, db press with with legs in lunge position (10x alt)/pike press (3x) 1x, side bends with 2 dbs (10x)/pike press (3x) and one leg deadlifts with db (10x)/pike press (3x)
    Buy out-90 kb swings +10 pendulums
