I believe that everyone who's interested in getting super strong abs and upper body will love this series. It's really intense though, so if you're someone who is still struggling with a regular plank and push ups, you should keep doing ZGYM workouts for ALL LEVELS before you jump into these eXtreme routines that require a certain amount of strength and stamina as a base. You can try to test your strength and see if this workout is for you. Can you hold a plank for an entire minute? Can you do at least 10 regular push ups? That's the absolute basic requirement for this routine. If you can't keep up completely, don't worry about it. If you don't want this workout to take you forever, than do as many reps as you can for each exercise without pausing the video. Don't worry if you can't do all the reps.     New series happy dance 👯 Had a lot of fun with this one! I’ve been wanting to focus more on upper body with the excitement of getting the new pull up bar so this was perfect. This hit all the right muscles, I can already tell that by the end of next week I’m going to feel a lot stronger and be able to do a lot more push-ups!

    Ok- when I saw you do this handstand in the hallway (just jumping lightly with your legs extended) I had to collect my teeth from the floor 😀 Amazing! I will never be able to do this!

      Nonsense, of course you will. If it helps, I felt the same way just before I got the courage to say “I can learn this”. It was not that long ago and you are already so strong and flexible.

Unfortunately, my work’s hours at the office have just started, so next 8 ones will real torture. Just because Zuzka teases me with this excellent brand new workout 😉

      Thank you Herma 😄. I finished the workout and it was awesome. The only thing I have problem with are my wrist, not so strong and I feel pain during pull ups and DB plank row push ups, also when I do plank and other movements on exercise ball I feel pain in my wrist. And of course I am faaar so far away from handstand. But one day … Wooohooo one day I’ll be handstanding like crazy 😉👍

    For the time being, I will work on homework of building wrist strength and flexibility. Also I need to work on being upside-down more, so my senses get used to it. Though I may rather follow expert yogis for handstands and I don’t want this that bad, BUT definitely happy to work on upper body… Definitely.
    This will be a nice routine to add on top of those days like today when I will be working on agility (miles of beach waiting)

      I live in Belgium/France – Have you tried Decathlon? They have some cute workout wear… also, if you are in a big city like Paris, check out Yyoga — it’s a giant yoga chain and they usually sell really cute yoga shorts/tights, etc. On the expensive side, but very cute.

    Post partum (my abs haven’t knitted back together yet), I removed anything crunch-like and the wheel pose. Did lots of plank transformers to push up/side plank instead. I like the idea of adding this routine into other workout days.

    I lost motivation during the arm balance series as I fell behind, despite practicing every day. Hopefully the handstand challenge will be easier!

    1st time proper handstand against a wall! Thank you so much!! I couldnt kick my legs up as I was never in that overhead position, so it scared me. Doing a handstand in our small hallway, though, is a lot easier! I also like your advice on consistent practice. Didnt know you had to do a handstand everyday (that explains a few things, because I sucked at it when I tried again after a week). 🙂
