UpperBodyAndAbsInferno1

I believe that everyone who's interested in getting super strong abs and upper body will love this series. It's really intense though, so if you're someone who is still struggling with a regular plank and push ups, you should keep doing ZGYM workouts for ALL LEVELS before you jump into these eXtreme routines that require a certain amount of strength and stamina as a base. You can try to test your strength and see if this workout is for you. Can you hold a plank for an entire minute? Can you do at least 10 regular push ups? That's the absolute basic requirement for this routine. If you can't keep up completely, don't worry about it. If you don't want this workout to take you forever, than do as many reps as you can for each exercise without pausing the video. Don't worry if you can't do all the reps. Next time you do this workout, you'll do... [more]

Yes, I don’t have a pull-up bar or room for one. The other over-the-door ones don’t work on my doors either. 🙁

Hi Zu and friends…well…looking at the schedule I am not feeling like doing this one today (also because I do not like to repeat a workout so soon)…tomorrow it is killer legs (same case) and I am not planning to work on legs also…so let us see what I will do. I will have a look at 5 min wo of the day. See you all, take care, a nice weekend to everybody!

I love this new series! Turns out I don’t have to have knee surgery but I have to avoid squats, lunges, kneeling and jumping until my bone bruise heals with the help of physical therapy. So I’m going to focus on all upper body and ab workouts in Zgym. Zuzka, I love the part 2 of stretching on these. I finally did bridge 3x with the video without any assistance. Yay! It made my day.

This was just great. i will do this one for a couple weeks. i did replace the plank row with 5 jump up and negatve chin ups. i did this before JRCKX 5. The cool down stretch was amazing.

Did this at my son’s apartment today. Did not have ball, so i used sliders and did pike press. I did 12 min #3 outside. Loved this workout today. 12 min cardio and upper body training and this stretch routine while everyone is telling me to hurry up to go to Renaisance fair!! LOL

Did this one again today after Cardio shred 31 which i loved. I am really loving this series and plan to stay dedicated to it as i believe it will improve my strength and shape of arms. there are certain moves you introduce such as that pike press hold against the wall in a buy in of one of the summer shreds, that if we do not practice regularly, how do we expect to get better. So i will do this series as intended. I plan to stick with #1 until i no longer need breaks. I may not post every time, but will continue to do. Please keep this stuff coming to encourage us to get better at skills! problem
