UpperBodyAndAbsInferno1

I believe that everyone who's interested in getting super strong abs and upper body will love this series. It's really intense though, so if you're someone who is still struggling with a regular plank and push ups, you should keep doing ZGYM workouts for ALL LEVELS before you jump into these eXtreme routines that require a certain amount of strength and stamina as a base. You can try to test your strength and see if this workout is for you. Can you hold a plank for an entire minute? Can you do at least 10 regular push ups? That's the absolute basic requirement for this routine. If you can't keep up completely, don't worry about it. If you don't want this workout to take you forever, than do as many reps as you can for each exercise without pausing the video. Don't worry if you can't do all the reps. Next time you do this workout, you'll do... [more]

Did this after Body Crush #30 today which i beat my last time by 26 reps. I still can not keep up with the Egg exercise, so will continue with this one until i do. Maybe if i did this workout first before my cardio focus? Will try that Wednesday.

Noticing improvement. I think key is to do this first before anything else. Will stick with this one at least one more week and then decide whether to move on or stay with this. I am definitely taking this series seriously! lol

Z, these upper body workouts are a mental challenge! I have been blessed with strong legs, but my upper body has never been my strongest suit. So every time I see an upper body workout for the day, I feel a bit worried. When I try it, I battle a lot and end up being annoyed. Why? Because you keep saying that we shouldn’t move on if we can’t complete the workuots but yet, I move to the next one cause I am hard-headed!

So today I have decided that, I will keep on doing the first abs inferno for as long as it takes until I can do it successfully. I don’t care if it takes me a year! I will only move to the second when I can do it like a pro! And then the same for the second one, even if that takes me a year too!

The only way I will make progress is to stop being upset about what I can’t do and dilligently get the first step right before moving to the next. In my mind, that has to work to get me stronger in the end.

Thanks for these workouts. You look great, as always!

My time went up by exactly 1 min but it’s ok because I modified the workout slightly for added challenge. I did full extension legs raises instead of knee raises and used my 20lb DB on the rows.

Hey there! If you are referring to the active hyperlinks then she only releases it on the day (morning) of each workout.

For the repeat workouts…the ones that read beat your personal best, you can find them under their workout category until she posts the active hyperlink.

Nije baš potpuno jednako ali probaj dumbbell shrugs.
