Upper Body & Abs Inferno #2

 | 116 Comments | Upper Body & Abs Inferno

This workout is a time challenge, however, I do want you to pay attention to your form. I didn't just carelessly whip through the exercises to get it done as fast as I could. I paid close attention to my body and when I felt that my form is going south, I stopped. I took a deep breath and then I went back to it. I'm pretty sure I have made this suggestion before, but it won't hurt to repeat it again. Use a mirror when you workout. Also record yourself. All you need is your smart phone or a little camera to see what you look like when you do these exercises. Pay attention to your back - are you rounding your spine a lot? What about your hips? Are you dropping them when you're in the plank position? You should look and feel graceful and confident in your form when you exercise even when it's hard. Just make sure you're confidence is justified. I still catch myself here and there in the mirror or on the video when I do something wrong. No body's perfect all the time, not even a pro and that's why constantly developing your body awareness goes a long... [more]

First time I tried this workout with the Swiss ball. So hard to keep that thing under control during the knee slider exercise!

I remember doing this workout the firs time and the last two exercices with the Swiss ball were so hard for me, I would always lose my balance. I have been practicing daily for the last month, about 5 minutes a day and today I really saw a difference. I wasn’t struggling as much to keep my balance and I was more able to focus on the exercise itself. It was an awesome workout 😊 Now let’s do this 5 minute bonus workout!

Hi Zuzka, in the future could you please think about adding an abs serie that do not use the pull up equipment? I know I could change that exercise but it is funnier to follow along with you the complete routine. Thanks a lot!

Ooooh Zuzka you were you cute in this video! 😀 I was pretty afraid to do this workout after seeing how challenging it was for you but I did it anyway, almost 18 minutes. The swiss ball sliders…. OMG. I was watching you struggle while doing it and I thought “yea but it doens’t seem so difficult when she is doing it” but HAH who knew. this was one of the first times when I’m using the swiss ball and it was impossible to even stay in the position with just only one leg in the ball! I was falling down after (and during) everty rep and I couldn’t anything but laugh 😀 I had underestimated the exercise BAADLY. But it gave me a lot of positive energy to think back to your video and I didn’t get frustrated even if my reps wouldn’t probably have counted as real reps 😀 But I atleast tried to do every single one. Next time I will do better! I hope we will do this workout again soon 😀
