UpperBody&AbsInferno2

This workout is a time challenge, however, I do want you to pay attention to your form. I didn't just carelessly whip through the exercises to get it done as fast as I could. I paid close attention to my body and when I felt that my form is going south, I stopped. I took a deep breath and then I went back to it. I'm pretty sure I have made this suggestion before, but it won't hurt to repeat it again. Use a mirror when you workout. Also record yourself. All you need is your smart phone or a little camera to see what you look like when you do these exercises. Pay attention to your back - are you rounding your spine a lot? What about your hips? Are you dropping them when you're in the plank position? You should look and feel graceful and confident in your form when you exercise even when it's hard. Just make sure you're confidence is justified. I still catch myself here and there in the mirror or on the video when I do something wrong. No body's perfect all the time, not even a pro and that's why constantly developing your body awareness goes a long... [more]

This one was definitely easier the second time around, very encouraging! I can see my shoulder muscles with these inferno routines and I absolutely love it! Paired this with the 5min #57 Abs on a Swiss Ball workout and enjoyed every torturous minute, the two were made for each other 🙂

Wow! I have not done a bridge since I was a teen… and definitely have improved. I can’t do a FULL bridge yet, but I’m on my way! SO pleased! Excellent workout!

I did this for the first time after a few weeks of Inferno #1. I loved it! I must say i have much room for improvement and will work on this routine at least 3 times a week until i feel comfortable with it. I am going to journal how i feel every time i do this routine to see how my strength has improved. I am so thrilled you are doing this series Zuzka as i know it will help in all my workouts now. When i first began exercising with you, i use to give up and get mad at myself if i could not do an exercise; not any more. I now look forward to the challenge of mastering it and am pushing myself to have patience and know my strength and balance will come. I am thrilled i am at this point and my daughter has noticed and is now working out. That is also why i got so defensive over your Inferno #3 as i am past the point of just wanting a quick easy workout for the sake of just getting one in, but am wanting more now in the term of a challenge and building strength. My workouts are still short but i have a focus now and inferno #3 is one i look forward to mastering. I may be at this one awhile though! lol I hope you keep this up! problem

I have been doing this one for 2 weeks now and have much improved from the first time. Will do this one again tomorrow and move onto to #3 tomorrow. I warmed up with some Classical Stretch and Kinesiological stretching for pistol squats, did this and then a 12 min. amrap of 10 burpees and 5 pistols on each leg. Then i finished with the stretching from this inferno workout. I have improved on pistols also. I can go down without assistance now and use a box to assist on way up. I figure it is strength i need to get up so since i have a smith machine, i will practice half pistols with it to build some strength.

I haven’t done this workout yet. I usually will quickly preview the workout so I have an idea of what to expect. And to see you struggle is a relief and I’m glad you kept it real, so to speak. I like the fact that you didn’t edit it out, when you could have. Thank you for such a kick ass workout and some major motivation as always! You’re the best! God help me tomorrow when I actually DO the work out instead of watching it! : )

I can definitely say that I feel stronger now than the first time we did this workout four months ago. It was still super challenging but I was struggling less to keep the proper form for the exercises. Really love this serie!! Have a great week everyone ☺
