    whew, this one was good again, a bit better with the ball,(it’s becoming my new best friend) and tiny bit better with pike push ups, need lots more practice!!

    That two minute buy out is so mean! Love this one, and also 7 and 10 from this series. Repeating them often as my upper body routine.

      Slow progress. I can hold the donkey kick at the top without using the wall and I can sometimes do the pike handstand without pressing my head against the wall. My windshield wipers are also improving – legs bent but I can get my feet above my head now. Love this series, it has a lot of mileage.

    Done this one several times now and can finally do those ball handstands without resting my head against the wall. Slow progress – but progess!
