Workout Programs for Beginners 

If you’re a beginner and you have just joined ZGYM™ for the first time, you should be focusing on building your strength and endurance via beginner workouts so that you can eventually progress to workout series such as Cardio Shred, Body Crush, Kettlebell Workouts,  Jump Rope Cardio, etc.

If you stay consistent and workout daily, you can get there in just a few weeks. Remember that everything takes time and practice, but nothing is impossible. EXERCISE DAILY!

      YES!!!! Loving new Summer Shreds!! Would love some new Lifted Butt ones and maybe Low Impact Lower Body ones too. My butt is my main focus this year. It is very flat and flabby. As some assholes at the grocery store told me one day, I have a grandma booty.

        I’m sorry that happened to you. As if the pressures society places on women’s standards of “beauty” aren’t ridiculous enough, we have to deal with strangers making rude comments about our bodies (neither good or bad comments are appropriate in my opinion because it’s nobody’s business except my husband’s what my body looks like) in public when we are just minding our own business. Your comment got me fired up because I had a similar experience today at Walmart. An older man behind me starting chatting with me in the checkout line. He was telling me that he was upset about seeing a woman texting in a car with her children in the back seat and said “no offense, but this woman makes you look ugly.” Well a@@ho!e, offense taken. It’s not that I care about this stranger’s opinion of me, I was just taken aback at the rudeness.
