Hi Warriors!

3 rounds for time. Your goal is to at least keep up with me or push yourself harder and complete this workout faster. My personal experience with this routine was intense build up of lactic acid in my thighs during the last exercise. In other words - my thighs were on fire and I had to take short breaks. However, the part of my body that was the most sore hours after this workout, were my glutes actually. Not much, but I felt it, which can be easily explained. I do work on my glutes quite often by doing mostly kettlebell swings, one leg deadlifts, etc., but what’s interesting is that a simple movement that is different than what you’re body is used to, can target your muscles in a completely new and a different way.     Holy Moly. Did your warm up routine and decided to start with this workout as my first one here at ZGYM.
    After first round i thought…Hmmm ok its not that hard.
    In the middle of the second round i thought… OMG its buuurning.
    Third round… Please let me dieee 😀

    But i finished… destroyed and happy. So thank you very much.
    Glad that i finally found my way to this place, i love it.

    I finished the Bunny Slope and Beginner programs and decided to try this for my first advanced workout. It kicked my butt but I completed all the reps in 19:04. I still have a long way to go before I can keep up with Zuzka but I’m not giving up!

    Those Jump Squat Pivot are so hard!! I get cramps under my feet.

    I’m on vacation in Lake Tahoe and we were snowed in today so I went back to this workout because I knew I was going to struggle with a workout at this altitude. I took ski lessons for the first two days of the trip; tomorrow is snow shoeing (weather permitting); more skiing on Thursday; and I’ll probably do a ZGym workout on Friday before we go ice skating 🙂
