36. Kick Through Push Up

DON’T FORGET TO DO THE PUSH UP WHEN YOU RETURN TO THE PLANK POSITION. I HAVE TOTALLY FORGOT TO DO THAT IN THE VIDEO. IT SUPPOSE TO BE KICK THROUGH – PUSH UP – KICK THROUGH

    Hello, can you please clarify why it is called kick through push up if there is no push up involved? I’m a little bit confused at the moment. Thank you.

      Hi Kate, thank you for bringing it up to my attention. I guess I just totally forgot to do the push up after the kick through. It suppose to be kick through – back to plank and a push up – kick through towards the other side.

        Brilliant. It makes sense now 🙂

        I’m on the Day 12, from your book, and I’ve noticed some discrepancy in some day schedules.

        Day 11 should be the repetition of Day 9 however Day 11 has Pistol squat side kick exercise while Day 9 has Pistol squats instead. Which one should I exercise on Day 11? Pistol squat or Pistol squat side kick?

        The same discrepancy is in day Day 9 – Pistol squat which is the repetition of Day 6 – pistol squat to deadlift and Day 27- Sumo squat leg lift which is the repetition of Day 24 – Pistol squat.

        I love your exercise program and would like to follow it to the dot so your clarification would be very helpful. Thank you ever so much
