    Oh man, I wasn’t using my hands and was having quite the time with this one! Out of everything in your book, I struggle the most with the pistol squats, even though I’ve been a trainer myself for 8 years! I’ve done 28 out of the 30 workouts, two a day for two weeks, and I am already seeing crazy definition in my shoulders, arms, and legs. Thanks Zuzka! Great workouts in the book!
