Hi Zuzka, i would like to ask you, when I pike my elbows: – am I holding them in 45 degree (like in push up) or are they going to sides (I mean out ) . Because sometimes in videos they are putting their hands into triangel or elbows are bending wide apart so I feel back muscles – but I donĀ“t know if it is proper form ….
thanks

In general you want to keep your elbows at about 45 degree angle from your body and avoid spreading them to much out to the sides. Keeping your elbows closer to your body will engage your upper back muscles and provide more stability for your push ups, protecting your shoulder joints.
