Exclusive Sneak Peek Video for Pre-Order Customers

15 Minutes To Fit | November 17, 2015

Hi guys!

Thank you for pre-ordering my new book, I’ve been working really hard on this and I’m so excited to finally be able to share it with you all.  Since the book doesn’t ship until December 29th (just in time for New Year’s 😉 I wanted to give you an exclusive sneak peek at what is to come.

Here is the very 1st workout from the 30 day program, I wanted to do it with you to start off a good steady pace  so for now just warm up and let’s do it together!

 

 
Workout Breakdown

  1. Jump Squat X 20
  2. Push-up X 10
  3. Competition Burpee X 20
  4. Jump Lunge X 10
  5. Mountain Climber X 20

This is a 15-minute AMRAP so the goal is to complete As Many Reps As Possible.  You can follow along with me in the video or if it’s not challenging enough for you, try to compete and go faster than me.  What really matters most is that you’re giving it your max effort overtime, that’s how you get real results!  If you’re just starting out and my pace is too fast for you, don’t beat yourself up, you’ll get there!  Just go along at your own pace, as fast as you can for your current fitness level, and next time you do this I promise you’ll see progress 😉

 


 

Now after you’re done kicking ass in that workout, you’ve earned yourself some carbs! Here is one of my favorite recipes from the book, “Roasted Sweet Potato and Ground Turkey” – the pistachio dressing is so good and this is a perfect side dish to serve at your next holiday dinner 😉

 

 

Dressing Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup pistachios
  • 2/3 cup grapeseed oil
  • 1/4 small shallot (approx. 1 tablespoon)
  • 2 tablespoon sherry vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon champagne vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt & pepper to taste

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound sweet potato, washed, diced into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/3 cup crushed pistachios
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

    I was out for a bit (so so bad but I was sort of doing other activities not as awesome as Zuzka’s though) and I want to get back to it. However, I was scared of jumping in the middle of the black diamond workouts and seeing the one here is the perfect sign to just start with this one! 🙂

    I got my book yesterday from Amazon and I am so thrilled to read it! I sort of skipped around an thumbed through, but then began at the beginning and forced myself to put it down so I could rest! Great job Zuzka!

    Hey Zuzka,
    I just want to say I feel there is nothing else like one of your bodyweight workouts. I have done your other workouts with weights and what not, but your body weight workouts are what exhaust me the most. They are what first inspired me to get moving and caring about my health when I found your videos a few years ago.
