    This video has so many ‘gems’ in it. You need to watch multiple times. If you want to STAY in the game, watch the video and ‘take notes’. Everybody has ‘off’ days, we all do. Zuzka teaches how to deal with those days. Thank you Zuzka~

    Hi Zuzka, I really like the carrot and stick approach to motivation. Thinking to myself: what do I want and what will happen if I don’t do what’s necessary to achieve it. I am super excited about this next phase of my life. I know what I want more than ever as I am in my 40’s now. It will take hard work and discipline and a lot of self compassion as I have limitations that frustrate me. I know some of our fellow Z gymers may be disappointed that you are changing course in the Z gym and I understand. You have worked so hard to build the Z gym but as it gets repetitive you may feel pulled in another direction; a direction that will take the Z gym to a higher level. Like birth the gestation period takes time. I know you feel things brewing and we support you on your journey. I can’t wait for what’s in store for you in your life and we are so grateful as you find the courage and love to share it with us. Thank you!

      Thank you, and I wish you a lot of strength and positive outlook on your journey. I know what it’s like to have limitations. I may not show it because I’m used to pushing myself, but I’ve been dealing with chronic pain for some time. That’s why it’s so important to me to focus not only on workouts but also on mobility work and postural corrective exercise because everyone will deal at some point in their live with pain that will impose limitations. And I want ZGYM to offer more of a holistic approach.

    Hi Zuzka. I found this video really interesting. It made really good sense to me.

    My dominant style is avoiding so I was trying to think of how I could focus more on the rewards of my goals. I have been mostly trying to apply this to my eating goals and I think that this approach is really helping me. I can easily choose foods that are good for me instead of yummy foods that are bad for me. Before taking this approach I really struggled and more often than not failed.

    Its really awesome that not only do you provide us with an affordable way to exercise but that you take a holistic approach and give us delicious and healthy recipes, health advice, mental health advice, advice to help us achieve our goals and mobility therapy and then some. Im really greatful for the Zgym and all that it offers. Thankyou to you and the Zgym team.

    This morning was the second time I watched this video and I will watch it again for sure. I started making the list, only to realize only negative/avoiding motivates me. Oh no. Really grateful for this video and I really love your voice Zuzka.
