Orange Rosemary Lemon Infused Water (FM)

This is the most perfect and refreshing drink for a hot summer day. Being full of vitamin C, antioxidants, and minerals, this 4 ingredient infused water is great for  your health,  immune system and even for improving the quality of your skin. Rosemary is one of the most powerful herbs that fights anxiety,  improves mental clarity and enhances cognitive performance. If you ever feel sluggish, slowed down by the heat, or not in the best mood, this drink can wake you up and put you back on the right track.

Ingredients:

1 orange, peeled, separated

1 lemon sliced

3 small rosemary sprigs

4 cups water

ice

_____

Add all ingredients into a large glass, let it all soak for a few minutes, add a straw and enjoy!

    It´s a good idea in this hot weather here in Czech Republic! It´s refreshing and it looks really good. So when family or friends come to visit us…. 🙂

    Morning Zuzka and friends! For the past two days I have been drinking water infused with parsley, cucumber and sage then lime juice squeezed in. This was suggested by Zuzka in one of her YouTube videos. Zuzka just suggested the parsley and sage. I added the lime and cucumber. My body LOVES it! I put shelving outside our best window for an indoor herb garden, too. There are so many herbs suggestions in the Z gym. I’m on it.
