Workout Schedule for the Week of January 5th

Hi guys,

I know it’s the 5th already, but for me it’s the actual beginning of this year. Jesse and I have not even celebrated the new year yet together, because we were just too sad about Smallz. The past week was just getting by with everything and getting used to not having him around.

I have to admit that my healthy eating habits have completely vanished in grief, and I actually reached for foods that have not been part of my diet for years. I feel bad, but now I see how people can fall off track. To some, all it takes is a little bit of stress at work, and to others, it’s a bigger tragedy such as death of their loved ones that throws them off. I guess it depends on your own threshold, and mine is far up thanks to years of a healthy lifestyle. That said, I do understand how easy it can be to give in to bad, yet deceivingly comforting processed foods. I’m back to normal again and actually really excited for the new year and all that is in front of us. I can’t wait to be sharing new healthy recipes and awesome workouts with you guys. I’d love to get your feedback and suggestions for the new workouts or workout series in the ZGYM.

    I just did your Kettlebell Workout #3 and I am so happy to being consistent with you! Also I just went over your Workout Schedule and I am so happy I get to have a new 5 minute workout on my Birthday! 🙂 I am going to try my best to eat healthy and not to sabotage myself this year with tempations. I been following since the very beginning with Body Rock Tv and truthfully I like the Zuzka Light workouts much better! 🙂 Anyways I am going to be graduating in May and going to be off to college in the Fall. I m glad I ll be taking your workouts with me and healthy tips. Maybe you can have some advice for college students and healthy eating? Not all college kids are provided with essentials to cook healthy meals so that would be a great read for me and others starting their healthy lifestyle as a young adult. 🙂 Another thing that I look forward to this year with you is winning a Giveaway and using your Fashion&Beauty tips to boost my confidence going into the world. 🙂 I ll be 18 on Januray 7th and this is going to be my year!
    P.S I am so sorry for your loss and have to loss a great dog as a child it was quite tragic, keeping you and Jesse in my prayers! 😉

    Hey Z,
    Glad you and Jessie are feeling a little better. As for the workouts….I will take anything you throw at me. I dreaded the pistol squats, but at the same time I do like the challenge. Love ya!

    Awesome workouts Zuzka, I love the challenge and yes kettlebell workouts kick my butt 🙂 literally. .Zuzka I do have a question, whenever I do kettlebell swings I get very naused,don’t known why…I workout at 4:00am therefore I do not eat anything prior to it..would you have any idea, what do you think I’m doing wrong? Thanks so much 🙂

    I still have a sandbag that is seeking for being used. Any modification on what you are using (e.g. KB) that could fit with a SB would be great added value.
    Talking equipment, I workout outdoors during lunchbreak and can’t take my KB or SB with me, however I have a TRX I can carry around easily. I know it is another piece of equipment, but I would love to see your version/interpretation on how to bust it with that tool!!I’loooove it!
