KB Clam Shell

  • Lay on your back with the kettlebell behind your head
  • Grab the Kettlebell  “by the horns” with both hands so that your thumbs are pointing towards the ground.
  • Engage your abs, and sit up pulling the kettlebell up and above your head while bending your knees and lifting your feet off the ground at the same time.
  • Bring the KB all the way over and above your knees.
  • Lay back down.
  • It’s a really challenging exercise especially if you’re using a heavy kettlebell. You can also use a lighter dumbbell.
