KB Clam Shell

- Lay on your back with the kettlebell behind your head
- Grab the Kettlebell “by the horns” with both hands so that your thumbs are pointing towards the ground.
- Engage your abs, and sit up pulling the kettlebell up and above your head while bending your knees and lifting your feet off the ground at the same time.
- Bring the KB all the way over and above your knees.
- Lay back down.
- It’s a really challenging exercise especially if you’re using a heavy kettlebell. You can also use a lighter dumbbell.
