- Your feet should be wide apart your KB in the rack position – between your bicep and upper arm.
- Don’t bent your wrist, your fist should be pointing straight up. Keep your elbow close to your body.
- Your toes are pointing slightly outwards and your knees are following your toes.
- Push your hips back keeping your back straight and squat all the way down with your butt below your knees.
- Push off of your heels and stand back up. Squeeze your glutes.
