Plank Jump to Jump Tuck
ZGYM | August 23, 2014
- From a standing position jump into plank making sure that your hands are directly under your shoulders and your body is in one straight line from your heels to your shoulders. Keep your head in a neutral position.
- Jump your feet forward towards your hands into a half squat and then jump up and bring your knees as high towards your chest as possible. It’s a dynamic movement that requires a lot of power.
- You can make this exercise easier by stepping in and out of the plank instead of jumping and you can do a jump up instead of jump tuck.
- This exercise is a great cardio and works your core muscles including abs, and also improves your upper body strength.
