Donkey Kick Jump Up

  • Place your hands on the ground and keep your hips up with your knees slightly bend.
  • Make sure that your shoulders are packed and away from your ears as possible
  • Tense your arms and upper body and then kick your legs up trying to touch your butt with your heels.
  • You can modify this exercise to make it as easy as you need it to be by not kicking your feet as high. Try at least a little jump.
