Laying Pendulum Toe Touch

- Lay on your back, lift both leg straight up and bring them down and out to the side until your feet touch the ground.
- Lift your legs half way up and reach with your opposite arm to touch your feet. Bring your legs back down and then bring them all the way up until they’re vertical to the floor.
- You can make this exercise easier by bending your knees.
